How to find XAT Cutscene Control

You can find the XAT Cutscene Control under the Advanced Animation Control Window, found by clicking the 'point up-right' button on the Animation Control Tab!

First select an actor (eg, `Brio One`)

Next go down to the "Animation Control" Tab and press the button with an arrow pointing top-right

Now open the "Cutscene Control" Tab
